Spotter is Train With Adby's own logging fabric on the wall — kiosk screens at the racks, a coach surface that knows the whole floor, and a 6-week member journey worth sharing. Hit ▶ A day at the gym (bottom-right) for the guided story — it auto-plays, pause anywhere to take the wheel, and ends on a screen you can drive yourself. The brand picker (top-right) then shows the same product re-fitted as a different gym: Spotter is built to be forked per gym.
Attract → identify (face-tap + PIN, or claim from your phone / QR) → today's rota → log. Now with a Tandem path for two people sharing one station.
The coach's view: last-weight glance, PT-only notes, injury flags, log-on-behalf (P1/P2) — plus John authoring the programme centrally as 6-week blocks of full-body, 3-area days (P3 / P3·b).
Progress framed around the cycle: a block banner + per-cycle graphs (M1/M3), kiosk login (M2), one-tap sharing (M4), and the ceremony that bookends each block — a start (M5) and a completion recap that flows into sharing (M6).
Beyond a reskin: a fork can carry commissioned modules. Switch skin (top-right) — this screen swaps to that gym's bespoke add-on. The Strength Room runs the stock build; the others each show a paid extension that isn't in core.
Owned by the Forante Ambassador alongside the gym — and shareable with the owner whenever it helps: selling the pilot, celebrating a good week, flagging drift early. Design-pass only for now; the real build lands on pilot data. Matures into a full owner dashboard.

Built from your refinements: Name locked → Spotter. · Login → face-tap + PIN (A2/A3) or phone claim-a-kiosk / QR scan (A2 + M2); a coach can send a PIN reminder or reveal it for a locked-out member (P2). · Tandem (A6) → my proposed take, see below. · Programme authoring → centralised (P3 + P3·b), see below. · Motion → entrance rises, stepper bumps, breathing avatar, swap transitions, cycle/ceremony pops. · White-label → reskin per gym (top-right), see below.
White-label / franchise (the brand picker is a soft pitch): Spotter is built to be forked per gym — and each fork goes beyond a recolour. The top-right picker swaps the whole identity live: The Strength Room (bold athletic · stock build) → Voltage (neon, rounded, uppercase · + class booking & live leaderboards) → Sunrise Fitness (soft wellness, big pill radii · + nutrition & wellbeing) → Apex Studio (premium minimal, squared, wide tracking · + InBody scan integration). Each changes brand, palette, handle, shape & type language — and section ④ Bespoke per gym (bottom) swaps to show that gym's actual commissioned module live: Voltage's class-booking + leaderboard, Sunrise's nutrition/wellbeing, Apex's InBody scan (the Strength Room shows the stock build). So the demo sells both the white-label reskin and the paid fork / custom-build work, scaling from one gym to a multi-site group. Shapes/modules here are illustrative; real builds carry the gym's logo, photos and commissioned features.
The 6-week cycle (new — the spine): the programme runs in 6-week blocks. John authors them centrally (P3) — each weekday is a full-body session across 3 areas (Legs · Push · Pull), and that day's structure stays fixed for the whole 6 weeks; he builds the next block ahead of time (P3·b). The member experience is framed around this cyclical journey: a "Week 4 of 6" cycle bar on the day screen (A4) and a prominent block banner on home (M1), progress shown per cycle (M3). It's bookended with ceremony — a start moment when a new block opens (M5) and a completion recap of the 6 weeks (M6) that flows straight into sharing the journey — the deliberate hook for organic growth.
Tandem (A6) — now consistent with the single screen: same Last time | Today layout + affirmation + chart, with a segmented swap toggle on top (tap a face = that person's now lifting; their Last time and Today both swap in). Timer removed. Each logs to their own history; the pairing is acknowledged with a "trained together" tag, and the bottom chart shows both lifters' progress over the sessions they trained together. Extends to 3+ as a group circuit (the +). Alternatives if you'd rather: (a) pure surface-share (just fast switching, no shared concept), or (b) a "duo challenge" with a shared session score.
Social sharing (new): members can post wins in a tap — a Share this PB button on the progress card (M1) opens a branded, postable achievement card (M4) with one-tap targets (Instagram Stories, X, WhatsApp, Facebook, copy link, save image), an opt-in @thestrengthroom tag, and a privacy toggle for their photo/numbers. On the public kiosk the PB just offers "share in app" (A5) — the actual post happens privately on their phone. Doubles as organic reach for the gym.
Coaching team: the gym has 5 coaches (Eddie · John · Marty · Susie · Jenny). The PT app is signed in as one coach (P1), and notes carry the author & are visible to all coaches (P2) — but the programme/rota is authored centrally by John (P3), so there's no per-member "apply to" step (removed as redundant). Tandem stays for pairs and extends to a group circuit (A6).
Still open for you: the 3 areas (Legs/Push/Pull is a placeholder split) · classes/group flow depth · final theme pick · which coach is "you" for the demo.
